Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery. Clear photos and order details should be provided for faster resolution.
